The Corrective Services Diligent & Ethical Service Medal was first presented in 2025 to recognise Corrective Services Staff who have completed 10 years of Diligent and Ethical Service in Western Australia as an employee of Corrective Services.
 
This new award enhances service recognition by replacing the previous green-and-khaki-striped 30 year medals and badges to recognise staff.
 
This medal will recognise the initial 10 years and then again for each 5 years of diligent and ethical service provided to Corrective Services.
