SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide and use Express International Shipping with Australia Post for the fastest and most secure way.
We can also hand deliver your order in the Mudgee area, just give us a call or email us.
We aim to have your order to you within 7-10 Business days depending on your requirements and time of year (ie ANZAC Day is busier than normal).
Urgent orders can be catered for, please call us for your order.
We ship nationally using Express Post at a flat rate.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are very proud to offer you our products and expertise so we need to get it right.

We are happy to accept items for exchange or refund within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem or error with your order.

We do not accept returns if you have a change of mind.

If it is a result of our error with your order or a defective product, we will pay for return shipping costs. Items can be returned to our postal address:
